Here it is, what we have been waiting for! Information regarding the Rocky Mountain Tool Collectors 2026 Annual Meeting.
In the download links below, you will find the registration form, the agenda, and Richard Juday’s instruction for using PayPay to pay for registration, etc…all in a couple of different file formats.
It is worth noting that registration is due by August 10, so don’t put it off too long. Our directors need to know how many members plan to attend in order to finalize all the plans for the day.
This years program is also of special note. Paul Van Pernis, who co-wrote “Leonard Bailey and his Woodworking Planes”, will be doing a presentation. It will be a talk on Leonard Bailey titled, ‘Was Leonard Bailey One of the Unrecognized Geniuses of the American Industrial Revolution?’ The talk will include the story of Bailey’s life before he joined the Stanley Rule & Level Company as well as the years he spent at Stanley. Paul will be bringing a large display of Bailey’s woodworking tools, ephemera, and information regarding the inventor who literally created the American metallic woodworking plane”.
Paul will also bring copies of the Bailey book for sale. This will be your chance to purchase a copy from the author.
